Icons: St Clare's (Enid Blyton)
Hurruh for Enid Blyton!

I started off putting a whole lot of effort into these, making them all pretty-like. They turned into plain solid background with quotes in book antiqua, which I actually think looks a whole lot better. I should do the Sadie Says song in that style.

LMAO at number 10!

Out of all the Enid Blyton books I own, not one of them is a St. Clare's! I've never read one, I think I'll have to.

I had the Faraway Tree, and the Naughtiest Girl in School, and The Wishing Chair, and Pipkin's Adventure's in Toyland, and heeeaps of Famous Five books!

I think I had almost 50 Blyton books, and every single one of them belonged to my mother first :)

You should check out [info]enidblyton. It's not very active, especially compared to the BSC community, but it exists. [info]new_atalanta is also really good!

I am so taking #11, although I probably shan't use it anytime soon, since you are. :-) I may never use it, but if I do, I'll credit you. These are lovely. Man, I've got to dig out my St. Clare's books next time I'm at my parents' house. I wish I had some Malory Towers books besides the very first one, too.
